You can register Mobile Banking by yourself via Personal Online Banking, please go to Service Setting - Mobile Banking Service

1. Agree and Accept the terms and conditions

2.Confirm your phone number. This phone number is for accepting mobile banking trade notifications and verification messages. If you need to update it, please go to any BOC branch in Cambodia.

3.Sett your mobile banking username and password

4.Register Mobile banking successful
