Individual customers who want to open Bank of China (Hong Kong) Phnom Penh Branch account can go to any branch in Cambodia to open an account.  To handle the account opening business, you need to meet the (1) account opening conditions, provide (2) the required documents.  And fill in (3) Account opening application form

• Clients must be 18 years old or above,
• The customer who is Under 18 years old is only applicable to open a joint account. The joint account must be with a guardian and relevant documents must be provided to prove that it is a guardian relationship (for example: account book/certificate of birth).

• Passport/ID card (foreigners need to provide passport, valid business visa with more than 3 months / local people need to provide ID card or passport);
• Work certificate/valid labor certificate/labor contract, etc. (You can select any one of those to provide in our branches except Sihanouk sub-Branch, in Sihanouk sub-branch, you need to provide valid labor certificate and work certificate. The proof document must contain the company name);
• If you are self-employed, you need to provide a valid company business license or tax registration certificate or other official supporting materials;
• Clients need to provide their current residential address or relevant supporting materials, for example: the work certificate provided must contain the current residential address/rental contract
